The Association
has initiated a project for “Increasing the Quality of Insurance
Training in Turkey for the Enhancement of the Quality of the Employment
Structure of the Turkish Insurance Sector”. With this project, the
Association aims at finding out the following for increasing the
competitiveness of the Turkish insurance sector and contributing to
economic growth: how many graduates of insurance schools are employed in
the sector; if they are not, the underlying reasons for this; whether
educational institutions answer the needs of the sector, etc.
Within the context of the project, the employment structure of the
sector will be analyzed. Following this, it will be determined whether
schools and institutions providing insurance training can meet the
employment demands of the sector. Last but not least, studies will be
conducted to increase this level.
Furthermore, a questionnaire will be prepared to analyze the employment
structure of the sector.
